After serving in the US Navy and as a Persian Gulf Veteran, Scott received his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Portland State University. "Marketing and project management are two fields that I have enjoyed the last few years in business," says Scott. "As for many REALTORSĀ®, Real Estate is not my first career. I was employed by the Federal Government as the HR Specialist for Research & Development, and held several Implementation Project Manager positions within the HR field," says Scott.
